Founder

Mamadou Diao Diallo

Digital health & interoperability engineer · Founder of Sowkad

For more than ten years he has designed and deployed health information systems for ministries of health across Africa. He led Guinea's first national DHIS2 rollout, has connected patient records, laboratories and surveillance platforms in several countries, and now applies machine learning to epidemic early warning.

He founded Sowkad to put this experience to work for health system digitisation programmes, from Guinea.
